Pick-up times are usually scheduled during evening hours, typically between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. However, the exact times may vary depending on the property’s layout and the specific needs of the community. We work with property managers to determine a schedule that works best for everyone.
To participate, simply place your tied trash bag outside your door on the designated pick-up day at the scheduled time. Your property manager will inform you of the start date and provide any other necessary details.
If you miss a scheduled pick-up, we recommend contacting your property manager or the valet trash coordinator to alert them. While we do our best to accommodate missed collections, it may not always be possible to schedule an immediate pick-up. Make sure to have your trash outside for the next scheduled pick-up.
