We work with property managers to create a tailored service plan, selecting pickup times that align with your building’s needs and schedule.

2. Resident Participation

Residents place their trash bags outside their doors at a designated time (usually in the evening). No more trips to the dumpster!

3. Trash Collection & Disposal

Our trained staff picks up the bags, ensuring that each pickup is efficient, courteous, and discreet.

4. You're Done

Simply return the container back inside your apartment home by 9:00am the next morning.

Valet trash service typically is collected 2-3 times per week, though the frequency can be adjusted based on your property's needs. For example, some properties may choose to have trash collected 1 time per week, or even 1 time per day, depending on their residents’ preferences and usage.


Pick-up times are usually scheduled during evening hours, typically between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. However, the exact times may vary depending on the property’s layout and the specific needs of the community. We work with property managers to determine a schedule that works best for everyone.


To participate, simply place your tied trash bag outside your door on the designated pick-up day at the scheduled time. Your property manager will inform you of the start date and provide any other necessary details.


If you miss a scheduled pick-up, we recommend contacting your property manager or the valet trash coordinator to alert them. While we do our best to accommodate missed collections, it may not always be possible to schedule an immediate pick-up. Make sure to have your trash outside for the next scheduled pick-up.


If your trash container is damaged or lost, please notify your property manager as soon as possible so they can request a replacement. We aim to provide all residents with sturdy containers to make the service as convenient as possible.

If trash is left outside too early, it may attract pests or create an untidy appearance. Your property may even issue fines for leaving your trash out outside of the designated pick-up time. If you miss the scheduled pick-up time, your trash will be collected during the next available pick-up window.


Our team takes great care during extreme weather conditions such as storms, rain, or snow. While we try our best to maintain regular service, if the weather conditions make it unsafe for trash collection, we may reschedule the pick-up. In such cases, we’ll notify residents via your property’s communication channels.
