Post Construction Cleaning

This phase occurs during or right after construction and focuses on removing larger debris and preparing the space for further work:

• Removal of construction debris, such as wood scraps, drywall, and packaging.
• Sweeping and vacuuming floors to clear out heavy dirt and dust.
• Cleaning windows to remove stickers, adhesive, and smudges.
• Initial cleaning of surfaces to prep for painting, installation, or finishing.

After construction is complete, we conduct a thorough cleaning to make the space move-in ready:

• Detailed dusting and cleaning of all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and baseboards.
• Polishing and restoring floors to their original condition.
• Sanitizing kitchens and restrooms, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
• Spot cleaning walls and ensuring all fixtures (e.g., light switches, vents) are spotless.
• Removal of any remaining fine dust, paint splatters, or adhesives.

This phase happens a few days or weeks after the final cleaning, ensuring the space remains pristine after settling dust:

• Wiping down high-traffic areas, including door frames, handles, and windowsills.
• Re-polishing floors and vacuuming carpets for a refreshed appearance.
• Rechecking and cleaning any areas where dust or residue has reappeared.
